In order to qualify you and facilitate faster disbursement of your loan, we need access to your contacts, text messages, location, phone, camera and storage. We use these (timely device and tracking dates) to verify your device, reduce the risk associated with your application and provide customized offers.

We can only access this data with your explicit consent and all data we use is encrypted and protected and never shared with third parties.

Contact list information

When you give us address book access, we will collect the contact list information from your device's address book and save it in our server, including their phone contact names, phone numbers. The purpose of the collection is to build your credit profile by analyzing the phone book and to increase the number of ways to contact you. In addition,this allows you to select your emergency contacts in your Ioan application, and this information will be used for anti-fraud evaluation. All contact lists are not monitored, stored or shared with any third parties.

SMS Messages

We need access to your SMS records to verify your identity and to create credit scoring models to determine the value of loans that can be offered to you. We also use this data for collection and credit reporting purposes as required bylaw.

App List

Collect and monitor information about the installed app of your device to provide serviceability of your loan application, reduce risks associated with your application and also provide customised offers.

Location

Information about the location of your device is collected and monitored for customer risk assessment and scoring purposes.

Phone and device

Collect and monitor specific information about your device, including your device name, model number, region and language settings, device identifier, device hardware and software information, status, usage habits, unique device identifiers such as IMEI and serial number to uniquely identify the device and to ensure that unauthorized devices do not act on your behalf to prevent fraud.

Camera

To ensure the security of your account, this permission will allow you to upload images or files to verify that the action was performed by you and not by someone else.

Data Storage

For all information collected, we maintain a high level of protection on our servers and do not share it with any third parties.

Battery level

Collect the user's battery power information to optimize the application performance and reduce the loss of user's battery power

WiFi networking data

Monitor users' network conditions to avoid data hazards during usage; this data is used to improve the latency of network requests and give users a better usage experience.

The data we collect

When you register for the Service, we will collect your phone number and may also collect your name, age, email address or other contact information. With this information, we cross-check your identity with third parties for anti-fraud assessments. We will also collect data from your device for use in our credit scoring system. This includes information related to your device, such as device make and model, operating system, installed software applications and unique user identifiers. We also collect your email and phone book contacts and information related to device activity, such as text message logs and GPS location information. To supplement this information, we also collect data from third parties, such as credit bureaus and other financial institutions. By registering for the Service, you authorize us to collect and process the above data.

How we use your data
